I started my EA to VA journey earlier in the year, and though the industries are similar in work application, I am finding that it is needful to learn as much about the VA industry as possible. I was tempted to jump in full force, but I challenged myself to plan, prepare and train and I'm glad that I did! In doing so I was able to build a pool of resources and support. And now that I am getting ready to roll the red carpet out, I am better equipped because I took my time. Thanks for the tips, Sydni. They are spot on and a ready word for the now season!
