I am getting ready to go back to work after not working for 3 years. I am taking some classes at my local community college to help me become employable in the Administrative Assistant career field.

With 20+ years of combined executive and personal assistant experience, my wife and I felt that the training to be an assistant (executive, personal, admin, intern or any other kind of offices assistant) was lacking, expensive, location specific and reading intense. From this perspective, we developed an online assistant training program that we're launching on May 6th... if you're looking for training, check us out at: http://www.ProAssisting.com.

Thanks for the tips... keep 'em comin'.

I am looking for a good administrative job. I believe I have good administrative skills but I am not strong enough in mind to be the best. Therefore I need some good exercise and education to improve myself. And the point is, I am a Chinese guy living in China and I have to live with Chinese management style.
