    One word of warning, I've met many execs who will only hire professional admins because they want someone who will stay in the job long term. They will turn away those who they think want to use the job as a stepping stone to a non-admin position. It's always a toss up when you apply for admin positions. I've gotten a couple of admin positions in the past because almost all of the other candidates were all looking for stepping stone jobs.
