While nuts aren’t the lowest calorie option for a snack, they are a healthy snack choice due to their high concentration of heart friendly fats. Plus, their higher protein content means you’ll feel satisfied after eating them. Just a handful will do the trick, and some vending machines even stock them.

fresh fruit is good, but my favs are low fat Cheez-Its or cheddar cheese Quakes Rice Snacks. The cheese flavor makes it feel less like you're eating sytrofoam. The ranch flavor is good too! Yum!
