Posted 2 months ago I read a article online about Virtual Admisitrative Assistants.
It sounds like a really interesting concept but really is this even possible?
I always thought that administrative assistants were supposed to be at the entry to the office and their duty is to greet incomers. |

| Posted 2 months ago Virtual assistants work from their home offices and they provide support through the internet, email, without necessarily having a presence in an office. Small business owners and entrepreneurs hire va services. It is interesting and it's a whole vast field now, thousands of va's are out there working from home. I myself have been contemplating it. You can research it more in depth in the internet. There are VA associations and forums. |

| Posted 26 days ago Every VA site that I've hit up wants money, money, money to help you start working as a VA. I've never paid to start a job, so it just feels like a total scam to me. It's different if you're starting your own company, but most of these places seem to be contractors who want you to pay for client lists. Whatever. |

| Posted 18 days ago I'm working on starting my own VA business, and I can tell you that it's a hard slog. Finding clients is tough, especially in this economy. But I've always liked the idea of being my own boss, and I figured when I was laid off that now was a good time to give it a try, while I had unemployment to help keep our heads above water. |
