| Posted 3 months ago I'm one of those oddities in the world, a professional admin. I don't want a job as an assistant in order to move up in the industry. I like being an assistant. I'm proud of what I do and how I do it. I'm in a career that I enjoy and that I'm good at. If I was going to progress anywhere at this point, I think I'd like to move into training. I've had so many people who read my blog tell me that I should do training, that I'm actually starting to believe them *laughs*. So I'm looking at some ideas around that now. We'll see where it ends up. |
