| Posted 6 months ago I usually purchase gift cards (American Express, Visa) for my boss. This way she can go and make her own purchases and I don't have to ponder over what to get her- she can make her own choice.

| Posted 6 months ago I have always given a gift that I know my boss will love and use. A gift certificate for their favorite hobby, a bottle of wine from the best winery in Napa Valley, Goose Cross. When I worked for a woman I gave a spa gift certificate. I find $100.00 or 1% of what ever my yearly bonus was. |
